to gal-pal Gina Deakins at a family bon fire on October 18, which had
many family and close friends present.
As

TAKES ON SOUTHEAST ASIA!
Amanda spent two weeks traveling around southern Asia with her roommate from college, Carolina! Her stops included Singapore, Thailand, Phi Phi Islands, and Bali. She spent her time trying exotic foods, cliff jumping by Maya Beach, hiking in the jungle, ziplining in Thailand, celebrating at a Full Moon Party in Phuket, swimming under waterfalls, exploring temples, and even visiting a coffee plantation where she tried “Cat-Poop-Ccino” better known as Kopi
luwak.
“I absolutely loved this vacation!!! It was soo much fun! If anyone asks me about I just jabber on forever! Bali was absolutely amazing!!! Such a beautiful country and I barely saw any one
in it. Thailand was definitely my biggest culture shock, and the traffic there is unreal! In Singapore I swear I could have eaten off the sidewalks, they were so clean! When I was in Singapore Indonesia was burning their plantations. The smoke from Indonesia created a terrible haze over Singapore, so I got to experience real Asia by wearing a mask. Obviously I could talk about this trip forever...
but those are the highlights!”

Former Cockroach Eddie Stein expanded his solo career with the release of "I've Had Everything," a music video dedicated to his fellow standard patients and their versatility in portraying illnesses. Eddie, who has built his solo career under the name "Mike McCarty," recorded the video in late September. Former Cockroach
band mates Brad Savage, Eddie Stein and Lake Speed, declined comment along with former band manager Paul Stevens. Later, in a press release, they wished Eddie/Mike well, and asked if there are any patient openings.
DATELINE: DETROIT,
MICHIGAN
Austin
McCarty, along with gal-pal Hil, and friend Rocky
competed in the 2015 International Detroit Free Press Marathon
on October 18. All 3 finished, the 26.2 mile
track in and around the Motor City and Canada on the chilly
morning. Hildog led the boys the whole way with a
time under 3:45. Austin then competed on October
30 in the Belle Isle 5k Color Run. Congrats to all three on a job well
done.

January trip

and her sister Marianne completed a 3 week nation wide
cross-country road trip.
And Larry & Gina traveled to New Mexico for the
Albuquerque International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta.

Dear Editor: Wow!
I was impressed by the McCarty-Kessler family tree on
the Metro's McCarty Memories page! I've tried to trace
my lineage, but I keep running into a brick wall as soon
as I start. And the Bad Boys Home won't answer my
Freedom of Information Act request. Any tips? -Up
a Tree in GR

NOTE: First... I want to thank Jerry, Kathlene,
Peggy, and Mary Jo for some of the items on the McCarty
Memories page. I hope for lots more. Second... In an
upcoming edition of the McCarty Memories, we found
out that Mike was adopted. Third... Why are the big guys
bald, and the little guys still have hair. Was it
something to do with the cedar used upstairs on Sussex?
And finally, we will find out the history of the
'Hollywood' bed.

Its such a Big mess for me today, I came down here in Texas, Abilene
for a Business View and unfortunately i got attacked at the gun
point on my way to the hotel where i stayed, All cash, Credit card
and cell were stolen off me but luckily for me I still have my
passports with me.I've been to the embassy and the Police here but
they're not helping issues at all and i have to be back to be in
Michigan, Livonia by Next Tomorrow but am having problems
settling the hotel bills Please I need your financial assistance
so i can pay off my hotel bills of $1024 I'll refund it to you as
soon as i get back to Michigan, Livonia on Thursday, i am
presently in a Cyber Cafe making use of there wireless to write
you now,i don't have any money on me and i have no phone with me
at the moment .Write me back so i can tell you how you can get the
money sent to me
