September
was another month of new things as I began
taking injections to help my bone marrow grow.
The best medicine I got was when Kathlene and I went down to
Carlsbad to visit Evan at college and we sat on
the beach and listened
to the waves.
I also got three blood transfusions, and
was hospitalized with pneumonia.
I did make it out of the hospital in time
to be the emcee / announcer at the Family
Promise Box City event benefiting the homeless
in Santa Clarita.
