Thanksgiving Cocktail
1 oz dry vermouth
3/4 oz gin
3/4 oz apricot brandy
1/2 tsp creme de cassis
1/2 tsp lemon juice
Pour the vermouth, gin, apricot brandy, crčme de cassis and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve. |

Warm Spanish Chocolate
(Non Alcoholic)
2 cups milk
2 oz sweet chocolate
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 beaten egg yolks
Stir the milk with the chocolate and the cinnamon over low heat until the chocolate dissolves. Add the eggs and beat the mixture until it becomes thick, taking care not to boil. Serve in coffee mug. |
