Apple scrapped the plans of making a smaller version of the
iPod Touch for younger kids after they realized that iTouch
Kids would not be an appropriate name.

Most of Santa’s
reindeer have male-sounding names, such as Blitzer, Comet, and
Cupid. However, male reindeers shed their antlers around
Christmas, so the reindeer pulling Santa’s sleigh are likely
not male, but female

DATELINE: THAILAND
This past month, we tried to order
additional computer hard drives from DELL. We were informed that DELL has
cancelled all hard drive orders because of flooding in Thailand. This is interesting.....
Steven Alexander from Dell sent these photos to the Metro from the
Western Digital factory, showing the situation in Thailand, and why there are
no hard drives to order.

The photo was taken at the entrance to Katlian Bay at the end of the road in Sitka, Alaska
The whale is coming up to scoop up a
mouthful of herring... (the small fish seen at the surface around the kayak). The kayaker is a local Sitka Dentist. He apparently
didn't sustain any injuries from the terrifying experience. The whale was just
around the corner from the ferry terminal, and all the kayaker could think at
that moment in time was: "Paddle Man - really fast!" |
