| Hello Metro Readers... It's June, and that
can only mean one thing... It's time to fire up zee old barbecue! Pepe is here to share
zee proper barbecue etiquette you should follow...
1) Zee woman buys the food.
2) Zee woman makes zee salad, prepares zee vegetables, and makes
dessert.
3) Zee woman prepares zee meat for cooking, places it on a tray
along with zee necessary cooking utensils and sauces, and takes it
to zee man who is lounging beside zee grill - Budweiser in hand.
HERE IS AN
IMPORTANT PART...
4) THE MAN PLACES ZEE MEAT ON ZEE GRILL.
Back to more routine....
5) Zee woman goes inside to organize zee plates and cutlery.
6) Zee woman comes out to tell zee man that zee meat is burning.
He thanks her and asks if she will bring another Bud while he
deals with zee... how you Americans say... zee situation.

IMPORTANT
AGAIN...
7) ZEE MAN TAKES ZEE MEAT OFF ZEE GRILL AND HANDS IT TO ZEE
WOMAN.
More routine.....
8) Zee woman prepares zee plates, salad, bread, utensils,
napkins, sauces and brings them to zee table.
9) After eating, zee woman clears zee table and does zee dishes.
AND MOST
IMPORTANT OF ALL....
10) Everyone PRAISES zee MAN and
THANKS HIM for his cooking efforts. |

Strawberry
Banana Smoothie

- 1 1/2 cups vanilla
yogurt
- 2 bananas, cut up
- 1/2 cup frozen
strawberries
- 2 tablespoons wheat
germ
- 1 tablespoon honey

DIRECTIONS
Combine the yogurt,
bananas, strawberries, wheat germ, and honey in a blender;
blend until smooth, about 1 minute. |
