Thanksgiving Dinner Recipe

3/4 oz apricot brandy
3/4 oz dry vermouth
3/4 oz gin
1/4 tsp lemon juice
1 cherry

Shake all ingredients (except cherry) with ice and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with the cherry and serve.

A Southern Thanksgiving

3 oz Southern Comfort peach liqueur
1 oz Wild Turkey® bourbon whiskey
1 oz cranberry juice
1/2-1 oz lime juice

Combine Southern comfort and Wild turkey in glass first. Add Cranberry juice and finish with splash of lime juice. Add a garnish of apple or lime and serve on ice.

Pumpkin Pie Martini

2 oz Stoli Gold vodka
2 oz Kajmir vanilla liqueur
3 oz fresh orange juice
1.5 tbsp Pumpkin puree
1 dash ground cinnamon

Fill shaker with ice and add the first 4 ingredients. 

Warm the Turkey

Newcastle Brown Ale lager
Wild Turkey bourbon whiskey

Fill the pint glass with Newcastle until half-way full. Fill a shot glass with Wild Turkey. Drop the shot glass into the pint glass ---- AND CHUG

Turkey Turkey and more...

1 1/2 oz Wild Turkey bourbon whiskey
1/2 oz Applejack brandy
1 tsp  lime juice
4 oz cranberry juice

Fill Collins glass one-half full of ice, add ingredients and stir. Garnish with a lime wedge, if desired.

Thanksgiving Cocktail

1 oz dry vermouth
3/4 oz gin
3/4 oz apricot brandy
1/2 tsp creme de cassis
1/2 tsp lemon juice

Pour the vermouth, gin, apricot brandy, crčme de cassis and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.

Warm Spanish Chocolate (Non Alcoholic)

2 cups milk
2 oz sweet chocolate
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 beaten egg yolks

Stir the milk with the chocolate and the cinnamon over low heat until the chocolate dissolves. Add the eggs and beat the mixture until it becomes thick, taking care not to boil. Serve in coffee mug.
